Whenever I think of Carl, I see him stood by the back door of Pete & June Phillip’s house. A quiet, genuine gentleman who had such a distinctive laugh! We had some great chats about Rugby, Football and music and I also have some fond memories of building the ‘great wall of Gilfach’ with him and Pete. He will be missed. Lawrence Burton
